How does this all work?

After submitting your enquiry/ work request I will take a look at the details and then reply with a link where you can upload the raw audio / video files.

Once I've received the files I will send you an invoice and once that is paid I will begin working on your project.

Why do it this way and not just have an online store?

The main reason is I want to ensure I have enough time to give your project the attention it deserves.

On the odd occasion when I have too many projects or I don't think I'll be able to get the job done by your required date I will let you know ASAP.
